Something wrong?

My set says it is waiting to upload

It is safe. A set is written to your phone before it is sent, so a lost connection cannot lose your reps. It sends itself when you next have signal, and you can push it with Send now on your profile. If it has been stuck for more than a day, email us and include your handle.

My set has no video

The reps still count. A set is scored from its pose trace, not its footage, so the score and your rank are unaffected. Very long sets can outgrow the upload limit and lose the clip. If it happens on short sets, tell us.

The count looks wrong

Tell us, and say what you counted. Every miscount someone reports becomes a test case we run the rep engine against, so it is the most useful thing you can send. Include your handle and roughly when you recorded, and we can find the set.

Two things that help before that: film from side on if you can, and get your whole body in the frame. The counter needs to see both arms.

My set says no valid reps

That means the server watched the set clearly and did not see a rep that met the standard. Usually it is depth or lockout. It is not an accusation, and it does not count against you.

Reporting someone

Anything another athlete has published can be reported from the app, and you can block them so you stop seeing each other. We review every report and remove what breaks the rules. If it is urgent, email us directly.

Deleting your account

Settings, then Delete account. It permanently removes your profile, your history, your board entries and your stored videos and traces. There is no undo. See the privacy policy for exactly what goes.

Anything else

[email protected]. Include your handle if it is about your account, and we will get back to you.
